A people champion and business partner, she has provided workplace wellness programs to national organizations and has overseen leadership development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and provided leadership support and change management initiatives.
Amber is most passionate about bringing teams together as an engaging facilitator and believes the benefit of being in the HR space is knowing we are continuously learning and growing. She instructs those she works with to be receptive to change, increasing one's resilience and supporting growth at all levels within the organization. Amber also has certificates to train in Leadership and Conflict resolution, resiliency and mindfulness and is currently pursuing certification in Executive Culture coaching.

Carly’s passion for both business and HR started early, earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Human Resources more than 15 years ago. She subsequently spent a decade at CIBC and Bank of America in both Canada and the US, working as an HR Business Partner and in HR Change Management.
Being a business owner herself, Carly is passionate about helping the founders and executives of small and medium-sized businesses grow their companies by elevating their People Operations. She began Humani with the mission of creating a successful business with an incredible workplace, while in turn supporting clients who are doing the same. As recognition for her success, Carly was awarded the prestigious Forty Under 40 Award in 2022 for Canada’s National Capital Region.
Outside of work, Carly loves spending time with her husband and their 3 young boys, cooking, skiing, and staying active.
Chantelle brings 15+ years of HR experience working with companies experiencing rapid growth and transformation, across a multitude of sectors, private and public.
She is accomplished in establishing and expanding HR departments from the ground up, managing the balance between strategic objectives with operational priorities. Chantelle’s passion is people, meeting them where they are at, supporting them and their teams to be their best, and achieving fulfilling and profitable outcomes for all.

Cheyenne is a social media and marketing expert with more than a decade of experience in those areas.
Her professional history includes digital marketing, public relations, social media management and strategy, and specialized creative design projects. In essence, she is a full-service marketing professional who revels in the opportunity to bring a company's mission to light. She most enjoys work that offers the opportunity to be creative and leverage her community, organizational flex points and communicating clearly and effectively toward goals.
In her spare time, she is a figure artist learning beginner French.

Joanna has spent a number of years working in the financial industry, but has always been drawn to the HR function, raising her hand to support a variety of initiatives including employee rewards and recognition, diversity, training and development, and workplace health and safety.
Having worked and lived abroad, Joanna has a huge appreciation for organizations that value their employees, and is committed to helping clients build long-term relationships with employees through trust, transparency and professionalism.

Jodi's experience prior to joining the Humani team involved all aspects of HR functions in the experiential retail sector. Jodi is accomplished in supporting employees and their leaders in multiple locations across various states through acquisitions. She also has experience with closing and opening of locations, beta-testing and implementation of applicant tracking systems and human resources information systems, organizational restructuring, and internal investigations.
When she is not working, Jodi spends her time beekeeping, birding, reading, meditating, backcountry backpacking, and repairing broken appliances.

Ruby is committed to building trusting relationships with clients and providing timely consultation that aligns with their business priorities and organizational values.

Ryan has more than 15 years of experience in Finance and Capital Markets. His breadth of experience spans both large publicly traded companies, as well as the successful buildout of startups in both the technology and consulting industries.
In addition to helping the Humani HR team expand to serve clients in both Canada and the US, Ryan works with the Leadership Team to tackle complex payroll, compensation, and corporate governance issues of our clients. He’s experienced many of these similar issues himself in building out his businesses and enjoys helping our clients in any manner he can.
