Carly’s passion for business and HR started early more than 15 years ago. She spent a decade at CIBC and Bank of America in both Canada and the US, working as an HR Business Partner and in HR Change Management. From there, she began Humani with the mission of creating a successful business with an incredible workplace, while in turn supporting clients who are doing the same.
Carly is passionate about helping founders and executives grow their companies by elevating their People Operations. As recognition for her success, she was awarded the Forty Under 40 Award in 2022 for Canada’s National Capital Region.
Outside of work, Carly loves spending time with her husband and their 3 young boys and staying active.
Chantelle brings 15+ years of HR experience working with companies experiencing rapid growth and transformation, across a multitude of sectors, private and public. She is accomplished in establishing and expanding HR departments from the ground up, managing the balance between strategic objectives with operational priorities.

Cheyenne brings more than a decade of marketing experience to Humani. She is accomplished in all avenues of the current marketing landscape including social media, online and print publishing, content design and event coordination. Through social media, writing for online and print spotlights, design, and event coordination.
Her passion for professional marketing lies in the opportunity to bring a company or brand's mission to light. Her expertise lies in weaving creativity and storytelling with brand values and guidelines, bringing people closer to a brand or company's message. She enjoys the opportunity to bring clients and businesses closer together on shared vision.
In her spare time, she is a painter, an avid reader, an aspiring home chef, and is learning beginner French.
Daniel brings a unique blend of general HR and client-facing sales experience to Humani, focused primarily in the Tech industry. He has a strong business acumen and understands the importance of speaking the language of varying stakeholders.
Having seen all ranges of experience at various organizations in the past, Daniel's passion is creating awesome touchpoints throughout the employee experience journey. Whether he’s digging deep to design progressive and people-first HR initiatives from the ground-up, or working alongside business executives to find tailor-made solutions to their problems, Daniel believes in doing the right thing for employees and their organizations.
When he is not working, Daniel loves diving into fantasy novels, staying active, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
With more than 9 years of experience in progressive Human Resources leadership, Erin comes to the Humani team with a CHRL designation and a globally recognized PMP designation.
Erin finds passion working with clients to identify internal and external issues and trends, recommending improvements, and creating and facilitating training programs through to implementation. Her expertise lies in providing advice, recommendations, and leadership on all matters related to Human Resources, Regulatory Compliance, and Employment Standards.
Outside of work, Erin can be found spending much of her summers at a local baseball diamond, and winters at the hockey rink, as her two sons compete in representative leagues.
Jeena is an HR Business Partner with 5+ years of progressive HR experience spanning multiple industries such as Hospitality, Retail, Academia, and most recently, Consulting. She believes people are at the heart of any organization, and is committed to helping organizations create HR programs and policies that help businesses and people grow together.
Her passion is for helping people, and a desire to positively influence, inspire and add value to the lives of clients and their employees. Her professional interests include mentoring younger HR professionals and being a continuous learner.

In addition to helping the Humani HR team expand to serve clients in both Canada and the US, Ryan works closely with the Leadership Team to tackle complex payroll, compensation, and corporate governance issues of our clients.
